a: Fill out the ORDERFORM. Within 2 days you'll receive a eMail as confirmation including the information about the total amount, delivery time and details for payment. The goods will be shipped after we receive the payment.

a: Please give us a little time. We try to answer every order or request within two working days. If you don't get an answer from us, please check your spam-filter or bad-mail. We know about problems with anonymous and free-mail provider. Please contact us with a "real" EMail Address.

q: Do you repair ECU, too?
a: Yes. Honda ECUs. We're able to test and repair OBD0, OBD1 and the most OBD2 ECUs. The cost will be a result of neccassary parts and time. When you send us the ECU we can make a offer for EUR 25,-. When we repair the ECU, the cost for the offer is allready inclueded into the repair price.

q: I wanna get my ECU tuned. How to proceed?
a: We need your car, in a operating order with license plates on it and a driver. The ECU must be chippable. Befor the tuning session we replace the stock O2 Sensor with a wideband O2 meter and replace the stock ECU with our one, which is real time programmable. During the tuning session you or one of my college drive the car. With the laptop we can read the engine parameters and the A/F ratio from the wideband O2 meter. Depending on the readings we modify the ECU parameters. After the tuning session we reinstall the stock O2 sensor and chip the ECU with the parameters we gathered during the ECU session. q: I've a turbocharged engine. Are you able to tune it, too?
a: Yes, we can. When we tune a FI engine, we recomment to remove installed FMU, Missing Link, IAT-Fake-Resistors and to install larger injectors. If the boost level is above 0.7 bar we rocomment to install a MAP sensor which supports the higher boost level. All other will be controlled now by the ECU. (no, not the Boostcontrol). With this, you'll get a clean & stable setup.

q: I've an idea. Can the ECU control ...[this or that]... ?
a: We're allways interrested in your ideas. Please send us a mail, we'll check it for feasiblity and the cost.

q: I bought a tuning chip from [...]. Will you install it into the ECU?
a: Yes. This will cost EUR 35.00 + shippingcost. Send us your ECU and the Chip (-Kit). When you need your ECU back very urgently, we can chip it within 1 working day and send it back on the same day using EMS.

q: I've heared that i need to modify the ECU to use HonPalm. Is that right?
a: No. We heared that, too, but this is a wrong information spreaded in a internet forum. HonPalm works with totally STOCK OBD1 ECU's without the need to open it. The in HonPalm included interface will be connected to the DLC (Data Link Connecter) which is located under the glovebox. The ECU needs not to be opened.

q: Is HonPalm available for other OS, too?
a: At the moment we work on a Windows and a Window CE Version.

q: I want to program my own datalogger software. Will you tell me the details about the communication protocol?
a: No, sorry.

q: Does the OBD2 Interface still work with the Mobilizer-A0? I heared it does not?
a: Every new delivered unit since October 2009 will have this problem fixed!

q: When i install the Mobilizier Board into the ECU, can i use than a normal key without transponder?
a: Yes, but you need to bridge the Starter-Interrupter-Reails.

q: When i install a ECU with Mobilisizer Board installed in it into a OBD0 or OBD1 car, need i to add the Immobilisizer Modul and the antenna?
a: No. You can leave the parts.

q: I've [this or that] car. Will fit the Mobilisizer Board in it?
q: In which cars can the Mobilizer Board be installed?
a: At the moment we can offer two Mobilizer Boards. For cars, build 1996-1999 the Mobilizer-Board-A0 (replaces the stock IMMO-A0) and for the 1999-2001 the Mobilizer-Board-FX01 (replaces the stock FX01 or HIC1 Board). Please make sure which Board is installed in your ECU befor your order. Open the ECU and locate the Immobilizer Board. Compare it to the Pictures on our site.
